Why does the app display a gray screen when I launch it?
If this happens, there are a few things you can check:
Are you running a VPN on your phone? If so, turn it and restart the app. Some VPNs (particularly Norton) cause conflicts with the app.
Try turning off WiFi on your device and see that helps things. Sometimes the WiFi network can be over-subscribed causing connection problems
Try browsing to http://agility-gate.web.app on your phone and see if that works
What if I am prompted for a code?
Your trial secretary should’ve provided you a code. Check any general information letter you may have received
What if I can’t find the app in my App Store?
Agility Gate is available in the US, Canada, Mexico and other select country app stores. If you don’t see it in your country, please email roger@agilitygate.com and let me know which country you need added and we will add it.
